I worked on the InvestHorizon project, which focused on boosting investment awareness and readiness among innovative SMEs and improving the sensitization of investors and innovation intermediaries across the EU.

The project aligned with SME instruments and H2020 objectives, offering tailored information tools and coaching support to highly innovative SMEs. My role involved addressing Europe’s challenges in technology transfer and commercialization of research and innovation (R&I), particularly the shortage of early-stage investment.

I also assessed investment readiness schemes and identified best practices for entrepreneur training, pitching, and investor matchmaking.
