As a strategic consultant, I helped the Peruvian Venture Capital Association (PECAP) establish the framework for the country’s first fund of funds (FoF). This initiative aimed to bridge the capital gap for startups by promoting angel investment and supporting scalable, sustainable businesses.

My consultancy role involved sharing best practices from European models, especially through the European Business Angel Network (EBAN), to help PECAP develop a robust financial infrastructure.
I helped PECAP to engage with public and private entities to tailor recommendations that ensure successful fundraise efforts for the first $20M FoF in Peru.
